awww, I wanna flowers from every boys I know! (with 3 brothers I'll be in heaven ^^)
WE also have a lot of "thank you" to say here, but you realy choose to say it or not. In good days you might, in bad no. We never say "bon ap?tit" here. It's a bit off-place I'd say. We just need to wait for the other,but as soon as you can see them you can start fighting to get to the plates first. ^^;
[hum, ther is lot of people who put an "e" at the end.. are you pronuncing "b-on a-pp-a-ti-tt?" ^^;;]
Now, my friend Yuki told me this one in cantonese: tham ga? dan ki
she said it's for smelly chicken egg... o_? is that an insult? ^^;;;;; well, I'd so die of laughter if anyone call me that.
Okay, so while my sis scibble the germans things she knows, I'll go ever some old quebecois's one. (the french canadian's ones). They are mostly used only in little towns. In bigger ones we just says F** and such. we say phat and sweet too.
-tabarrouette (pronunce t-ah-b-ah-r-u-a [like May] -tt ) -> comes from table ? roulettes which basicly means ..wheeled table.(I'm so ashame of that one) it's used for things like "opps!" or more comunly like the famous "duh!" of Homer simpsons.
- Criss (like crisis with the last "is" shortened) comes from Christ because we mainly use christians things to swear.
The same goes for "tabarnacle" (t-ah-b-ah-r-n-ah-cl), "osti" (o-s-t-e) and all almost everything you'll find in a christian church apart the benches. You can even swear with "priest!" but it's so rarely used.. in some upper cities with their strong accent maybe. but none of them are realy "rude" swears. we're not very swearing people.
In german, my sis's teacher told then saying "dick schwein" , standing for big/fat pig (what were you thinking?? ^__~ it's realy written like this)is realy realy rude to say to someone.

Ha! Cool beans! My best friend used to say that all the time! She still does, but not as much anymore XD Sometimes she'd go "Cool beans and collard greens" and I've been known to say "Neato mosquito"
Whenever anyone that was visiting us leaves, my mom likes to say "See you later alligator!" Then you're supposed to reply, "In awhile crocodile!" And there are other little rymes like "Know what I mean, jelly bean?" But we don't say stuff like that to strangers...just in front of friends and family who know how weird we really are
